The Bage Valley Wildcats have announced the signing of 2006-born forward Coen Miller.
Miller, a 2006-born forward from Bedford, Nova Scotia, joins the Wildcats after spending the past two seasons split between the QMJHL’s Sherbrooke Phoenix and Saint John Sea Dogs. In 72 career QMJHL games, Miller produced 9 goals, 18 assist for a total of 27 points. Prior to his time in the QMJHL, Miller suited up in 23 MHL games with the South Shore Lumberjacks, and as a 17-year-old, averaged more than a point-per-game, tallying 14 goals and 12 assists.
The skilled, shifty forward known for his goal scoring was acquired by the Wildcats early this season in a deal with West Kent. Miller reunites with current Wildcats Brady Burke and Ben Robertson, whom he played with at the U18 level with the Cole Harbour Wolfpack, as well as Tristan LeBlanc, who he grew up playing minor hockey with in Bedford.
Miller will be in the lineup to make his Wildcats debut TOMORROW at the Apple Dome as your Wildcats host the Amherst Ramblers at 7pm.
Welcome to the Valley, Coen!
