Defenceman Josh Vincent underwent successful surgery this past Saturday January 31 to repair two fractured vertebrae in his neck – an injury that was a result of a hit taken during the second period of our home game on Friday January 30 against the Amherst Ramblers.
Vincent has since been released from hospital, and is now recovering at home.
We would like to sincerely thank the doctors, nurses & staff at both the QEII and Valley Regional Hospital who were instrumental in caring for Josh since his injury, as well as the Maritime Hockey League for their support.
