WILDCATS DRAFT & SIGN FORWARD FELIX PRONOVOST!

The Bage Valley Junior A Wildcats are excited to announce that we have drafted 2008-born forward Felix Pronovost with the first overall pick in this year’s QMJHL Supplementary Draft.
We are even more thrilled to announce that Felix has signed a letter of commitment to join the Wildcats for the upcoming season.
A native of Lachenaie, Quebec, Pronovost is a 5-foot-10, 173-pound forward who joins the Wildcats after spending the 2025–26 season with the St. Lawrence Lions of the Quebec Collegiate Hockey League (QCHL). Alongside newly signed teammate Etienne Dupéré, Pronovost helped lead the Lions to a QCHL championship.
Felix enjoyed an impressive rookie season as an underage player, recording 13 goals and 17 assists for 30 points in 44 regular-season and playoff games combined.
A former fourth-round selection of the Quebec Remparts, Pronovost also appeared in seven QMJHL games over the past two seasons, collecting one goal and one assist for two points.
His QMJHL rights were traded to the Saint John Sea Dogs this past season, and he is expected to attend the Sea Dogs’ training camp in August.
“We are very excited to bring a player of Felix’s calibre to our hockey club,” said General Manager and Head Coach Jesse MacLean. “He is a shifty, versatile, 200-foot forward who can be used in all situations. His championship experience, combined with his time in the QMJHL, makes him someone we expect to come in and make an immediate impact as we work toward our goals for the upcoming season.”
The entire Wildcats organization is excited to welcome Felix to the Valley.
Welcome aboard, Felix!
