The Bage Valley Wildcats have signed defenceman Andrew Thompson, who will join the team this week.
The 20-year-old defenceman from Oshawa, ON is no stranger to junior hockey, having played the past three seasons throught various Canadian Jr. hockey leagues, splitting time last season with the Gatineau Flames (QJHL), & Nepean Raiders (CCHL). Thompson has one game played this season with the Olds Grizzlys (AJHL).
Known for his defensive abilities, Thompson will join the Wildcats this week before making his debut Friday night in Campbellton as the cats open up a 3-game road trip.
