The Bage Valley Jr. A Wildcats are very excited to announce we have signed 2007 born forward Etienne Dupere.
Dupere joins us from Quebec City, where he split time in the QMJHL with the Victoriaville Tigres before returning to the QCHL’s Champlain St. Lawrence Lions. His return proved highly successful, as he helped lead the Lions to a league championship while earning both Playoff MVP honors and Team MVP recognition at the club’s year-end awards.
In just 35 regular-season games, Dupere recorded an impressive 17 goals and 30 assists for 47 points. He continued his strong play in the postseason, adding 4 goals and 4 assists for 8 points in 11 playoff games.
A former fourth-round selection of the Drummondville Voltigeurs, Dupere spent the entire 2024–25 season in the QMJHL, splitting time between Drummondville and Victoriaville. Over 45 games, he registered 4 goals and 7 assists for 11 points.
Standing 6-foot-2 and weighing 198 pounds, Dupere is a versatile, two-way forward who can play multiple positions and contribute in all situations. His combination of size, skill, and hockey IQ makes him a valuable addition to the lineup.
