The Valley Wildcats won their first preseason game by a score of 2-1 on Saturday September 3rd at Kings Mutual Century Centre in Berwick. Scorers for Valley are Cam Henderson on the power play and Aidan McLeod. Yarmouth scorer is Jared Pitman, his 2nd in the preseason.
Justin Bourque started the game in goal and did not allow any goals in close to 33 minutes. Newcomer Evan Martin finished the game and allowed one goal in just over 27 minutes.
