TRADE: Wildcats Acquire Noble, Draft Pick from Miramichi

The Bage Valley Wildcats announced Wednesday the acquisition of forward Liam Noble and a 2025 3rd Round Draft Pick from the Miramichi Timberwolves in exchange for forward Cael MacDonald and a 2025 7th Round Draft Pick.

Noble, a 2006-born forward from Saint John’s, Newfoundland, adds to what is a young and exciting Wildcats forward group.

In this his second MHL season, the 6’1, 180lb Noble is no stranger to the Apple Dome. Noble has suited up in 79 career MHL games – 76 of them with the Yarmouth Mariners before recently being traded to the Timberwolves from the Mariners in early December. In those 79 career games, Noble has tallied 8 goals to go along with 9 assists (17 points). Noble also played 5 playoff games with the Mariners last season.

Prior to beginning his MHL career, Noble appeared in 59 games with the NLU18MHL’s East Coast Blizzard, where he recorded an impressive 81 points (28G, 53A) as well as 12 points in 10 playoff games.
