NEWS: U15 Wildcats Name Coaching Staff for 2025-26 Season

Morgan Nauss joins the U15 Wildcats bench after an extensive player career that saw him rise through the minor hockey ranks before playing five seasons in the QMJHL with the Halifax Mooseheads & Chicoutimi Saguenees. After his junior hockey career, the Hammonds Plains, NS native attended and played five seasons at Acadia University, serving as the team’s captain during the 2023-24 season.

Morgan just completed his first season of coaching as an Assistant Coach this past season with King’s Edgehill’s U18 Boys Hockey Team.

Born in Kitchener, Ontario, Cascagnette also had an impressive playing career, beginning in 2013-14, playing in the Ontario Hockey League with the Kitchener Rangers. Cascagnette played a total of 5 seasons in the OHL on the Rangers, as well as the Mississauga Steelheads, before wrapping up his junior career with the Ottawa 67’s. After junior, Cascagnette attended and played hockey for the University of Waterloo, spending 5 years with the program.

A familiar face within the Wildcats organization, Tyler Curnew returns behind a Wildcats bench again this season. Born in St. John’s NL, Curnew played the 2023-24 season with the Junior A Wildcats before beginning his coaching career this past season, where he joined the staff of the U18 Wildcats team while attending Acadia University.

The staff is eager to get started, and have already began planning for this year’s Spring ID Camp, which is being held May 2-4 at Acadia University. Registration will be opening in the near future!
